Federal Bureau of Investigation
Abex Systems helped save the FBI over $12 million in less than one year by radically reforming the Bureau's enterprise procurement strategy for large software vendors. We provided analysis and helped consolidate software contracts into enterprise license agreements.
Foreign Terrorist Tracking Task Force
Abex supplied budget analysts and contract managers to assist FTTTF in financial management and acquisition support. We liaised between engineers and executive management to translate and communicate requirements and secure funding for IT contracts.
Federal Bureau of Investigation
Abex Systems Business Analysts and Project Managers (PMPs) captured business requirements and distilled them into functional and technical requirements for IT systems. Our Business Analysts developed Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), Requirements Documents, and Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP).
National Legal Aid & Defender Association
Abex Systems planned and facilitated conferences that brought lawyers together with the community. Abex helped the non-profit agency clarify its strategy, prioritize its services, and motivate its team members toward a common goal.

An Abex Systems employee facilitated integrated process teams (IPTs) to define the vision and strategy for ODNI's multi-agency information sharing environment, documented business processes for suspicious activity reporting, and developed computer-based training modules.
