At Abex Systems, quality is built into the fabric of our corporate culture.
We assign a Quality Manager to each engagement. This member of our team administers quarterly client feedback surveys and takes responsibility for supervising the quality of our processes, deliverables, and client relationship. Our Quality Managers manage quality action items to resolution just as our Project Managers manage cost, schedule, and budget action items.
Our Quality Assurance Program is a six-step program with embedded sub-processes. Abex Systems employees are trained on the Quality Program during their first week as employees. From the first day on the job to the successful completion of the final client deliverable, Abex Systems values quality, integrity, and professionalism.
