Provided requirements analysis and business analysis for the Litigation Case Management System
Federal Bureau of Investigation:
Provided project management office support, shepherding projects from legacy applications through transitions to new applications.
Specifically supported the system design, development, implementation and integration of FIS (Financial Information System) and CAFMS (Computer Aided Facility Management System).
Provided the software design and development of the web interface and underlying broker that moves time and attendance data between FBI systems and the National Finance Center: WebTA Broker (the Time and Attendance tool for FBI).

Global Link Multimodal Logistics/E-Freight International
Provided chartered air freight services and parts shipments throughout the Middle East and into conflict war zones (Iraq and Afghanistan). Scope of work includes transportation (air and ground) of materials, cargo handling and customs clearance. Also provided all appropriate transfer documentation and total asset visibility.
Sam’s Club
A logistics service provider to Sam’s/Wal-Mart providing warehouse support and distribution to 9 of their Warehouse Clubs in the Ohio area. Transitioned two warehouse facilities into cross-dock environments. Participated in site selection and construction of new warehouse facilities. Operate facilities which provide all of the dry goods going into 70 Sam’s Warehouse Club stores which span across; Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Western Pennsylvania, and Western New York.
Thomson Inc.
Led Thomson’s IT team in the design and implementation of a global logistics solution. Scope of work included strategic planning, design, testing and troubleshooting of application problems. Also created IT Disaster and Recovery Plan, Yard Management System, and application support processes, including: helpdesk system escalation, enhancement procedures, and migration process.
Warehouse Specialists Inc.
Worked with cross-function team to implement enterprise-wide inventory and order management system. Scope of work included statistical analysis, correlations and identification of associated indicators and drivers that impact business activity. Project outcome included actionable dashboards and scorecards that provided management with maximum visibility into the supply chain, and to marginal cost by line item.

Populated the business architecture repository with business artifacts such as business processes, policy documents, etc.

Created and actively manage the enterprise spend plan tool. This tool was created to provide a single knowledgebase for financial data related to FTTTF’s IT spending. Dohrmann Enterprises and the spend plan tool have become the authoritative source to ensure consistency in responding to data calls.
Lead the team helping to find cost savings and cost avoidance in the FTTTF budget.
Leverage financial expertise to support IT Investment Management activities (OMB Exhibit 53 support).
Serve as warden of Congressional compliance for FTTTF: when FTTTF must justify operational and strategic decisions, Dohrmann Enterprises, as a sub-contractor to JB&A, is the central hub for responding to Congressional inquiry. Serve as primary liaison between engineers, business executives, and financial stewards; provide financial context and implications for all executive decisions.
Graham Technologies, LLC is an IT firm that specializes in Software Development and Systems Integration. Graham Technologies develops and implements large-scale, service-oriented architectures using standards-based methodologies and tools. Graham Technologies has successfully integrated disparate systems and Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) products into existing architectures. FEMA EADIS – Program Management
As a sub-contractor to IBM, Pinnacle Consulting provides the data management support for FEMA EADIS’ Data Warehouse Enterprise Design, Integration, and Development initiatives. We provide senior level program management for several of the major development efforts and serve as SMEs within FEMA due to our combined 45 years worth of FEMA support (several former FEMA government employees).
FEMA – Concept of Operations
A Pinnacle Consulting employee, Dana Feola, served as the primary Operations Manager for FEMA’s Enterprise Operations Group. He developed an Enterprise-wide CONOPS for the Operations & Maintenance functions within FEMA. He is expert in designed and implemented all enterprise operations management solutions such as Tivoli, and Microsoft’s SMS products.
